COMMUNITY

We are a community of creative freelancers supporting each other to complete our most important projects.

You've found something you love to do, now you just have to figure out how to do it every single day. Work smarter, not harder is a sentiment often touted by those that have found a way to do what they love for a living. But the question "how" begs to be answered.

You’ve found that first part and it's the belief you have in yourself and what you are capable of, now use that belief and propel yourself forward. Connect and build relationships with fellow aspiring freelancers and allow yourself to learn and grow in a supportive environment. The key to maintaining this zealous outlook is finding a good pace, an inspiring work space, and gathering the tools you need to hire yourself.

That is what Art of Freelance is built on and sharing this with our students allows us the opportunity to foster creative and driven people who do things differently.

The Course

Art of Freelance is a 10-week online course designed to help creative freelancers dream big, map their goals, and then effectively plan, execute and present a project that brings them a step closer to their most important work with support and accountability.

Break out of the"Feast or Famine" Cycle

Freelance can be the ultimate freedom. Creating impactful works of art. Traveling the world. Making millions. Being your own boss. What's not to love? But, it's harder than it seems, and too often we find ourselves on a roller coaster: up one day, and down the next. Slammed with work today, waiting for the phone to ring tomorrow. It doesn't need to be this way.

The Project is the New Resume

A successful creative career doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the product of intelligent planning, dedicated execution, and passionate showcasing. If you want to be hired for a certain type of work, the absolute best way to have it happen is to create that type of work, and then show it to the people that can hire you to do it again.
